プライバシーポリシー

エム・アイ・エス・テクノロジー株式会社（以下「当社」）は、Chrome拡張機能「MIST Kizuki」と、その認証・ライセンス・契約に関するサービスにおける情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり説明します。

1. 端末内で確認する情報

MIST Kizukiは、対応するChatGPT・Claudeの画面上の入力文章とAI回答を読み取り、対象となる機密情報・個人情報・認証情報等の検出、注意表示、送信前の確認、マスキング等のために使用します。これらの文章には、連絡先、会話内容、APIキー、パスワード、カード番号等が含まれる場合があります。判定とマスキングの処理は端末内で行います。

対応するAIサービスや会話画面、送信処理を識別するため、現在開いているページのドメインやURLの一部、会話の識別情報を参照します。訪問ページの一覧を作成したり、これらを当社サーバーへ送信したりするための機能ではありません。

利用者がAIへ送信する操作を行うと、送信対象の文章は該当のAIサービスに渡ります。AIサービス側での取り扱いは、各サービスの規約とプライバシーポリシーに従います。マスキング送信を選択した場合は、置換後の内容を確認してご利用ください。

2. 認証・ライセンス・契約のための情報

当社アプリケーションの乱用防止処理では、IPアドレスから生成した一時的な識別値と要求回数を使用し、IPアドレスそのものを当該回数管理のデータとして保存しません。通信基盤の事業者による情報の取り扱いは、第5項もご確認ください。

3. 端末内の保存と診断情報

拡張機能は、設定、認証・ライセンス情報、端末識別情報、および動作確認用の診断情報を端末内に保存します。診断には、判定結果、固定のイベント名、時刻、処理時間、回数、エラーの種類などが含まれます。送信操作や処理の発生に関する記録を含む場合があります。

診断記録には入力本文、AI回答本文、検出した秘密情報の具体的な値を含めません。診断記録は保存件数の上限に従って古いものから更新されます。診断内容のサポートへの提供は利用者の操作によって行い、利用状況を広告・行動分析のために自動送信しません。

拡張機能が要求する権限は、設定等を保存するための storage です。拡張機能の削除で端末内の拡張機能データを削除できます。ただし、削除するだけではアカウントの退会や有料契約の解約にはなりません。

4. 決済と有料契約

有料プランの決済にはStripeを利用します。カード情報はStripeの決済画面へ直接入力し、当社のアプリケーションサーバーはカード番号全体やセキュリティコードを受け取りません。当社は、契約とライセンスの管理に必要な顧客・契約識別子、プラン、支払い状態、利用期間等を取り扱います。

14日間の無料体験はカード登録なしで開始でき、無料体験の終了によって自動で有料契約へ移行しません。有料契約を希望する場合は、利用者が別途購入手続きを行います。

5. 外部サービスと国外での取り扱い

サービス提供に必要な範囲で、以下の事業者を利用します。入力本文、AI回答本文、検出した秘密情報を、当社の判定処理のためにこれらの事業者へ送信しません。

これらのサービスでは、日本国外で情報が処理・保存される場合があります。Resendはデータの保存先を米国と説明しており、メール送信に東京リージョンを使用する場合でも、すべてのデータが日本国内に保存されるという意味ではありません。各事業者の詳細な取り扱いは、上記のポリシーをご確認ください。

6. 利用制限と第三者への提供

当社は、情報を本サービスの提供、認証、契約管理、安全な運用、お問い合わせ対応、法令上必要な対応のために使用します。Chrome Web StoreのユーザーデータポリシーおよびLimited Use要件に従い、取得・利用する情報を目的に必要な範囲で取り扱います。

情報を販売せず、広告配信、信用評価、融資判断のために使用・提供しません。必要な業務委託、利用者の同意がある場合、法令に基づく場合などを除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

7. 安全管理と保存期間

当社は、アクセスの制限、認証情報の管理、通信の保護など、取り扱う情報に応じた安全管理を行います。情報は、サービスの提供、契約管理、不正利用防止、法令上の保存義務等に必要な期間保存し、不要になった情報は削除または適切に処理します。

退会後も、会計・契約に関する記録など、法令や正当な業務上の必要性により保持する情報があります。すべての情報が退会と同時に直ちに削除されるものではありません。

8. 開示・訂正・削除等とお問い合わせ

当社が保有するご自身の個人情報について、開示、訂正、削除、利用停止等を希望される場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、適用される法令に従って対応します。所在する地域の法令により、追加の権利が認められる場合があります。

サポートへメールや診断情報を送る際は、対応に不要な秘密情報や第三者の個人情報を含めないでください。受け取った情報はお問い合わせ対応のために使用します。有料契約の解約と退会は別の手続きです。解約は［契約の管理］から行ってください。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

情報の取り扱いを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、必要に応じてサービス内の表示等でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how エム・アイ・エス・テクノロジー株式会社 (the Company) handles information in MIST Kizuki, its Chrome extension, and the associated authentication, licensing and subscription services.

1. Local checks

The extension reads messages and AI responses on supported ChatGPT and Claude pages to detect supported sensitive information, show notices, control sending and mask detected values. Text may contain contact details, private communications, credentials and payment-related information. These checks and masking run on your device.

To identify the supported service, conversation screen and sending operation, the extension references the current domain, parts of the URL and conversation identifiers. It does not build a list of visited pages or transmit those references to our servers.

When you send a message, the selected AI service receives it under its own terms and privacy policy. Review the replacement text when choosing masked sending.

2. Authentication, devices and subscriptions

• Email address: registration, sign-in codes, account and subscription administration, necessary notices and support.
• Authentication data: sign-in codes, sessions and refresh tokens for sign-in, session maintenance and abuse prevention.
• Device information: device identifiers, device names and registration status for device and licence management.
• Trial and subscription information: start and end dates, plan, status, expiry, customer and subscription identifiers, and payment status for providing and managing paid access.
• Connection information: IP addresses and related connection information reach our infrastructure providers. Our sign-in code request handling uses the IP address to prevent abuse, without estimating your location.

Our application-level rate limiting uses temporary derived identifiers and request counts, rather than saving raw IP addresses as rate-limit records. Infrastructure providers also handle connection information under their own policies.

3. Local storage and diagnostics

The extension stores settings, authentication and licence information, device identifiers and bounded diagnostic records on your device. Diagnostics include results, fixed event names, timestamps, durations, counts and error categories, and may describe the occurrence of sending operations.

Diagnostic records exclude message text, AI-response text and actual detected secret values. Older diagnostic records are replaced within storage limits. Sharing diagnostics with support requires your action. We do not automatically transmit usage data for advertising or behavioural analytics.

The extension requests the storage permission. Removing the extension removes its local extension data, but does not close your account or cancel a paid subscription.

4. Payments

Stripe processes paid subscriptions. You enter card details directly on Stripe's payment page; our application server does not receive full card numbers or security codes. We handle identifiers, plan, payment status and subscription periods needed to administer your licence.

The 14-day trial requires no card registration and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. A separate purchase is required.

5. Service providers and international processing

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting the authentication API, database and licence services; processes account, authentication, device, subscription and connection information. Privacy policy.
• Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc. (United States): delivering sign-in and service emails; processes recipient addresses, email content and delivery information. Privacy policy.
• Stripe group (Japan, United States and other countries): payments, subscription management and fraud prevention; processes information submitted in its payment flow and payment/subscription records. Privacy policy.

Data may be processed or stored outside Japan. Resend states that stored data is held in the United States; choosing a Tokyo email-sending region does not mean all data remains in Japan. Message text, AI-response text and detected secrets are not sent to these providers for our local checks.

6. Use and disclosure limits

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, administer subscriptions, operate securely, provide support and comply with law. We follow Chrome Web Store user-data policies, including Limited Use requirements. We do not sell information or use it for advertising, credit scoring or lending decisions. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except for necessary service providers, with your consent, or as permitted or required by law.

7. Security and retention

We apply appropriate access controls, authentication-information management and communication protection. We retain information for the periods needed to provide the service, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations, then delete or appropriately process information that is no longer needed. Some accounting and contract records may remain after account closure.

8. Your requests and support

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information. We verify your identity and respond under applicable law. Additional rights may apply under the laws of your location. Do not include unnecessary secrets or other people's personal information in support requests. Support submissions are used to respond to your request. Account closure and subscription cancellation are separate; use Manage subscription to cancel.

9. Updates

We update this page when our information handling changes and provide additional notice where appropriate.
