| 解約方法 | 拡張機能の［契約の管理］から契約管理画面を開き、次回更新前に解約手続きを行ってください。解約後も支払い済みの期間末までは利用できます。拡張機能の削除だけでは解約されません。手続きができない場合はサポートへご連絡ください。 |
| 返品・返金 | デジタルサービスのため商品の返送はありません。利用者の都合による購入後の返金や、契約期間途中の解約に伴う日割り返金は、原則として行いません。当社に起因する重大な不具合等により契約内容に沿ったサービスを提供できない場合は、状況を確認し、是正または返金等の対応を行います。適用される法令により認められる権利を制限するものではありません。 |

| Payment timing | The first payment is made when you subscribe. Subsequent payments occur at each monthly or annual renewal. Your card issuer determines the account debit date. View your next billing date in Manage subscription. |
| Access timing | Paid features become available when the completed payment is reflected in your account. No extension reinstallation is required. Contact support if access is not reflected. |
| Free trial | An initial 14-day trial with no card registration. It does not automatically convert to a paid subscription If you subscribe to the paid plan while your free trial is running, the paid plan starts at that point and you are charged then. Any remaining trial period ends.. A separate purchase is required to continue paid access. |
| Term and renewal | Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until cancellation is completed. |
| Cancellation | Open Manage subscription in the extension and cancel before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Removing the extension does not cancel your subscription. Contact support if you cannot complete cancellation. |
| Returns and refunds | There is no physical product to return. As a general rule, purchases are not refunded for a change of mind, and mid-term cancellation does not result in a prorated refund. If a material issue attributable to us prevents us from providing the contracted service, we review the circumstances and provide a correction, refund or other appropriate remedy. This does not limit rights available under applicable law. |
| Requirements | A computer running Google Chrome, an internet connection, an email address that can receive messages, and access to the supported ChatGPT or Claude web service. The extension is not provided for smartphones or tablets. Changes to AI services or other extensions may affect operation. Detection of every item of sensitive information is not guaranteed. |
